  • 5 star ratingSegway excitment Our friendly sociable guide Kevin made our adventure interesting and unforgettable. We are frequent visitors to Gozo and were amazed at how different familiar paths looked from the Segway. We also visited places we have never seen before and will definitely return on foot. We will most definitely book again in the summer and will and have recommended the experience to friends. Kevin ensured our comfort and safety at all times and was a thoroughly likeable personality.

ile et réussit à transmettre sa passion. Kevin a très bien géré notre découverte
en nous confiant son collaborateur Pierre que nous remercions infiniment. Il faut

  • 5 star ratingGreat time...with fantastic views! It was a fantastic experience...a very beautiful way to tour gozo. Although I am Maltese and went to Gozo several times, it is still an enjoyable tour since we visited certain landmarks that we didn't even know about them. apart from this... Peter, the tour leader made the tour really comfortable and relax! He was such an amazing guy!
    Thanks segway for this experience!

  • 5 star ratingBrilliant fun Just got back from a tour of Xlendi and sannat cliffs. I was nervous at the start as I'd never used a Segway before, but Havier our guide made sure that everyone was comfortable and able to do the manoeuvres before we set off. The tour was fun and relaxed and we got to see some new sights.

  • 5 star ratingFabulous Fun! Just completed the Ghadira Ta’ San Raflu Segway tour and what an amazing time we had! Highly recommend! Stunning scenery and Javier was such an exceptional guide. His patience, encouragement and humour really made it a fabulous experience. Part of the tour is “off road” and challenging at times but Javier was very encouraging and made it fun. Thanks for a wonderful end to our holiday!

  • 5 star ratingGreat Salt Pan trip We had the most amazing segway trip to the Salt Pans and villages in the hills beyond! We never tried segway bofore but got a short training and safety briefing before leaving Marsalforn, and off we went. Both my 12-year old daughter and myself with a major knee enjury made it safe and sound around the north side o the island and had great fun! We felt wery safe and taken care of by the great giude Xavier.
We will for sure be back next year!

  • 5 star ratingAbsolutely amazing and fun experience. The tour was fantastic with lots of amazing vews of the coast. The Segway's are great pieces of kit and are very easy to get the hang of, especially when you have such an expirienced tour instructor to teach you if you are a first timer like me. The Segway's are brilliant fun to ride on and this combined with the amazing vews of the island make an unbeatable experience. It was the best holiday activity I have ever done and I would thoroughly recommend it for families with teenagers.

  • 4 star ratingAn ecological place of high importance As we own a small apartment on the Island of Gozo, which we purchased for our retirement days, we make it a point to seek and find places of interest to visit on regular weekends. It was a lovely sunny day when we decided to head towards Saint Raphael Lake (San Raflu). The lake lies in a small rural area just outside the locality of Kerċem, at the south-west of the island of Gozo. It is approximately 148 metres above sea level and it is surrounded by two of the most important bays in Gozo; the Dwejra Bay to the left, and the Xlendi Bay to the right. The whole area is situated on layers of Upper, Middle and Lower Globigerina limestone (Franka ta’ Fuq, tan-Nofs u ta’ Taħt), which make up the base of the whole San Raflu area. The view is breath taking.

San Raflu has always been a center for agricultural activity, which has grown in the twentieth century. It is called San Raflu u Sarraflu most probably after the Archangel St. Raphael, although the reason for this is quite unknown. The area centers around a man-made hole which gathers water and is home to several different marine organisms and other freshwater forms of life, such as ducks, fish, and frogs. Originally, the Maltese native frog (Discoglossus pictu) inhabited the pond. As the soil is quite fertile it also boasts of a diversity of flora and fauna throughout the year, making it an ecological place of high importance.

From what one can notice, the farming techniques used in the area are on the whole more primitive in respect of another agricultural area, and this may very positive, as contamination of the soil is being avoided. Certainly, the quarrying industry is the most active in the area, with workers depending on it on a daily basis, however, this has not interfered with the natural landscape of the area.

It was an enjoyable day of sightseeing which came to an end after we stayed around to feed the numerous ducks with freshly baked bread bought from a bakery nearby.

  • 5 star ratingmemorable e-bike journey around Gozo had an absolutely brilliant day on the e-bikes. we met Kevin at his premises and he was very helpful and went through everything with us, to explain how to get the best from the bikes, as, although we had ridden bikes before, we had never ridden e-bikes. once we got used to the controls it was a really enjoyable experience. some of the hills in the south of Gozo are horrendous, but we both managed to cycle up them, and we're both in our 60's.

  • 5 star rating5 hours of fun We were a group if 3 couples led by Peter. We went on an unscheduled tour, starting from San Lawrence and heading north to the lookout tower before heading around the West coast and ending on the south. Lots of riding and some walking as we went to a remote temple. Peter was very knowledgable showing us points of interest on the way. Thoroughly recommend. Segways take you places cars cannot.

  • 5 star ratingBrilliant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Highly recommended - brilliant fun, even if you are not sporty. It's really easy to get the hang of. Not our first time on Segways, but we were given a good half an hour's guidance and warm up, before taking off on a 17km tour of the northern part of Gozo. Our fabulous guide Javier gave us the right balance between Segway fun and interesting information about the areas we went through. Lots of opportunity to stop, take photos and see some things you might well miss out on otherwise, as we were well off the beaten track for parts of the tour. The Salt Pans trip took 3 hours in total, but there are shorter or longer tours. We will be working our way through the other tours when we come back to Gozo....

  • 5 star ratingAbsolut empfehlenswert!

  • 5 star ratingSalt Pans to Ta’ Pinu This was my second visit to Gozo (first time was back in 2016). I just had to do this segway experience again, as I truly loved it the first time I did it.

There were 8 of us in total, I just had to convince all my cousins to do this segway tour, as most of them were doing it for the first time. They all agreed 🙂

I booked this tour through Kevin (his company), and wanted to do a different route compared to the one I did last time (cross country). I chose the Salt Pans to Ta’ Pinu (which was simply outstanding). Thank you Kevin for making it real special.

Javier (our tour guide) was just brilliant (thank you)!!! We all had such an amazing time with him as he truly made this a great and fantastic experience. We got to see some amazing sights as you can see from my pictures. I would highly recommend this tour!!!

  • What can I say! Myself and Dara were absolutely delighted with our e-bike tour of beautiful Gozo. Dario was the perfect tour guide and so thoughtful and friendly and full of information about the island. It was a very full on afternoon, we got to see so much and swim to cool down in the most picturesque locations. Thank god for turbo on the e-bike getting us up some of those hills as if it were flat land!! Not a bother! We had a fantastic day and would highly recommend this tour. Thanks again Dario and Kevin.

  • 5 star ratingReally Super Scenic Tour We're Segway veterans and look for tours wherever we go. We chose the Salt Pans to Ta' Pinu option and were really pleased with this - it was a really lovely route taking us through a beautiful and varied range of sights and landscapes, from coastal to pastural and rural and including lots of stops including the beautiful Ta' Pinu sanctuary and a spectacular coastal arch (no not the Azure Window but an alternative you can get really close to).

Tracey our excellent South African guide has made her home on Gozo and has obviously settled into Gozitan life as she was a fount of information about history, culture and life on the island and extremely knowledgeable about local plant life - picking and pointing out some of the more unusual and tasty items. She made us feel very much at home, and also went out of her way to drive us back to the ferry which saved us a lot of time waiting around for the bus. At 3 hours the tour was just the right length - it was quite windy along the coast so we had a bit of a buffeting, but the scenery more than made up for this, and it was great to be able to pick up the pace on quiet paths rather than be speed limited as is often the case in cities. It was also exceptional value for money, and we will most definitely book again with Gozo Segway Tours when we return to the island.
