What an experience We booked this segway tour mainly because of the good reviews and it exceeded our expectations. We met Javier - our segway guide - at 9am at Mgarr Port. After a 10-15 minute practice at the port we headed up the road with our segways to explore the south east side of Gozo island. It took some time to get used to the segways, for my girlfriend a bit more than me. Javier was really friendly and easy going, yet attentive, he helped my girlfriend a lot who was a bit afraid going downhill with the segway. Our group was really small, only one other person and us. We took scenic routes, stopped at churches and at a local bakery and tried their bread too. The experience took around 2 and a half hours and was definitely one of the highlights of our Malta trip.

Kevin was the best guide we could ask for. He has always taken care of our well-being. We visited beautiful and hidden places. The local dishes were delicious and the bikes were of a very high quality. This tour is highly recommended!

Élvezetes Cross Country segway túra Mivel csak egy napunk volt Gozo-n ezért választottuk ezt a túrát, hogy jobban megismerjük Gozo turisták számára kevésbé látogatott részeit is. Javier nagy türelemmel és kedvességgel vezetett minket az esős, szeles időben. Az időjárás ellenére is nagyon élveztük, különösen a helyi régi pékséget, az út menti gyümölcsfákat, a szép panorámát. A 4 órás segway-túra sokkal kevésbé fárasztó, mint gyalogolni vagy akár buszozni!

I properly enjoyed the e-bike trip on Gozo. I particularly liked the detailed info on local plant life and culinary customs. The Salt Pans in the north along the cliff side were great as well. Our host was very knowledgeable and could competently answer any question we had. A great experience!

Great fun way to see hidden parts of gozo Xavier was our guide and tutor for a great couple of hours segwaying around Gharb. He was patient and kind with the children and us too. The tour was simply and efficiently organised with just a couple of calls. Really good fun - we all loved it and would most definitely do it again and recommend anyone to give it a try - you will love it too!

Brilliant, fun tour! Me, my husband and our three boys had a fantastic afternoon touring Gozo on our e-bikes.
Kevin is an excellent, knowledgeable guide, offering many interesting facts about the island en-route. The tour takes you through breathtaking scenery and my boys loved the stop at Ramla bay for a swim. Definitely recommend to book this tour if you want to explore the island and experience its beauty.

Amazing experience Our pleasant Italian instructor gave us all a basic lesson in Segway riding in the car park in Marsalforn.
We then rode through the picturesque countryside in the valley ending up back where we started.
It was an exhilarating experience and a great thing to do as a group of friends.

Amazing afternoon with Kevin riding a bike aroud the island if Gozo.
We stoped twice to have a little drink, we could have stop to swim too if we wanted. Kevin was very nice and thoughtful ans share a lot about his island that he clearly loves.
We had Amazing conversation too.

Amazing Qala tour with the fantastic guide Petr We did the Qala, North East Coast tour and we can highly recommend it especially on a sunny winter day. You will probably be lucky and no one else will be on the tour. We saw places of Gozo we wouldn't see without our brilliant guide Petr.
Before you start the tour you will get a really professional training how to ride the segway. Everybody in any age can do it. It is just fun and joy.
Petr also took pictures for us which he send us later. Thank you again for this cool and fantastic experience.

Großartig, um einen Teil von Gozo zu erkunden Schon von Zuhause aus haben wir für unseren ersten Urlaubstag auf Gozo eine Segwaytour gebucht, um die nähere Umgebung unseres Urlaubsorts kennen zu lernen. Wir haben uns für die Strecke "Salt Pans to Ta’ Pinu" entschieden, die ca. zweieinhalb Stunden dauert und mit 35,00€ pro Person zu Buche schlägt - ein absolut fairer Preis!

Da wir in der Nebensaison auf Gozo waren, waren mein Mann und ich die einzigen Gäste bei der Segwaytour, es ging also sehr privat zu, was uns unheimlich gut gefallen hat. Der vereinbarte Treffpunkt war einfach zu erreichen und unser Segwayführer Xavier war großartig. Es gab für jeden von uns sogar einen Liter Wasser.

Nach einer kurzen Einweisung - wir sind beide schon Segway gefahren - mussten wir nur noch trainieren, bergauf und bergab zu fahren, aber auch damit fühlten wir uns schnell sicher, sodass wir mit der eigentlichen Tour loslegen konnten.
Die Tour führte uns an Qbajjar Bay und Xwejni Bay entlang zu den einzigartigen Salzpfannen Gozos. Weiter ging es zum Wied il-Mielah, einem beeindruckenden und natürlich entstandenem Felsentor mit einer nahe gelegenen Badebucht, die wir später noch einmal auf eigene Faust zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln aufgesucht haben.
Danach ging es zur berühmten Basilika Ta’ Pinu und auf unseren Wunsch führte Xavier uns durch das sehr beeindruckende Gotteshaus und wusste auch dazu etwas zu erzählen.
Es ging durch einige kleine Ortschaften und die karge, aber dennoch wunderschöne Landschaft Gozos. Ohne diese Tour hätten wir uns wohl kaum so weit "verirrt".

Es war ein großartiges Erlebnis und hat uns bestens auf die kommenden Tage eingestimmt. Ich kann jedem Gozo-Urlauber nur wärmstens empfehlen, die Insel per Segway zu erkunden - es macht Spaß und man sieht sehr viel!

Gozo Bespoke Segway Tour Not ones to sit around in the sun when on holiday, my family and I wanted to have a full day of experience on our only day in Gozo. Gozo Adventures whom we did rock climbing with, kindly put us in touch with Kevin from Gozo Segway tours before our trip and he kindly put together a bespoke tour for us. Our guide Javier took us round the Gjanthia Temples then got us up on the segways. OMG - They are SO MUCH FUN! My tweens were ecstatic to be allowed to be in control and because of this, they didn't mind or even notice that we were actually doing some sightseeing. Brilliant experience, brilliant guide, a fantastic day overall! Big thumbs up to everyone we met on Gozo!

Sanap Cliffs, Munxar Segway Tour We had a great day yesterday on the Gozo Segway tour. Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gozo to do. Our guide / instructor was Peter Checkmate & he was brilliant. His knowledge of the Island was 1st class & his instructor skills were 2nd to none. Two perfect tours!!! It were two wonderful tours! Our guide Javier was very kind and funny. The segways are easy to ride. The countryside was beautiful. We will defintely come again, when we are in Gozo again. Javier, thank you for the great tours!

Dernier jour sur l'ile de Malte, ma copine m'avait préparé cette activité sur Gozo. C'était pour moi le meilleur moment du séjour, des vues imprenables sur toute l'ile de Gozo.
Peter est génial, très patient et s'adapte à nos envies de découverte, étant amateur en anglais il a réussi à nous faire comprendre toute l'histoire de l'ile à travers les différents arrêts et point de vues.
Il nous a fait passer à divers endroits impossibles à traverser en voiture et nous a fait découvrir des endroits que l'on aurait pas pu trouver seul.
Il nous a présenté une "Bakery" traditionnelle de l'ile où l'on a choisit une FTIRA l'ancêtre de la pizza de ce qu'on a compris et on a pu déguster ceci au niveau d'une tour qui dominée gozo avec une vue panoramique fantastique.
La balade dure environ 6h en tout avec le déjeuner compris et rafraichissement pour 60€ par personne ce qui les vaut largement vu les endroits qui nous a fait découvrir.
Un grand merci à Peter AMAZING n'hésitez pas à le faire activité parfaite pour visiter l'île.

Segwaying in Gozo We contacted Gozo Segway Tours at lunchtime and asked if there was any chance we could have a tour that afternoon. Being realistic, we did not hold out much hope. However, we were contacted shortly afterwards and GST said they would be able to fit us in at 4.30 that day. From the offset Javier was an absolutely brilliant guide. He was funny, calming (I really needed it initially when I nearly threw my toys out of the pram struggling on a bumpy hill!), talented and very knowledgable about Gozo. We are pretty lazy when it comes to writing reviews but we really couldn't recommend this experience enough. Thanks again Javier for persevering with me and shoehorning Doug up that hill!! 😉

Great experience. Probably the best way to visit Gozo. The tour is designed to meet everybody's needs, all levels can use the ebike. Kevin was a great guide, lots of information given on the island, its history, flora and fauna. We had a great time and recommend it with absolutely no hesitation. Great experience. This is an excellent way of seeing the offroads of Gozo. We were a group of 5 people that had 2 really fun hours exploring the island with a very friendly guide.

A joyful outing on segway We spent a lovely time out and around of Mgarr harbour and nearby villages. It was nice and comfortable trip from the first moment we met our guide Peter. Our teenage girls had initiated the idea of this and were very happy about the tour - like us as well 🙂 Thank you a lot Peter!

Fantastic family activity We took the GĦADIRA TA’ SAN RAFLU Segway Tour, it was amazing from beginning to end ,tour guide was fun,knowledgeable ,as a family of 5 of mixed age groups this activity pleased everyone , the views are breathtaking, and range if surfaces to go over aided to the fun if the tour, the pictures and videos taken by the guide were an added bonus. Would highly recommend

This was absolutely amazing. Gozo is the highlight of my trip at Malta, and this trip is certainly one of the high lights on Gozo! It was my first time on a Segway and Pierre was super nice and patient, and it took me less than 10 min to get used to it and I’m definitely not the fastest! Don’t hesitate!

Great time and a different way to explore Gozo Went round Ta Cenc area. Managed to go through those windy small country roads and paths to the cliffs in Ta Cenc and down to Mgarr ix-Xini. Great views, fun and amazing time. Another good way to have the family together. Tour Guide, Peter, was simply great. He was very patient and taught us all the things we needed to know to use the Segway safely. He was giving us some history along the way and taking photos and videos for us. He made all the difference. Will Definitely go back again and agin. Good value for money.

This was a brilliant experience! I would definitely recommend. Kevin is brilliant, he is so welcoming and makes you feel at ease. A great way to see the island and with a less touristy, personal touch.
