Highly recommended!!
Although the available information in the airbnb has been decisive for my choice, it does not tell us how amazing the experience is. I have now many reasons to say that:
1. Ebike is easy to ride (even for a sedendary person as me);
2. Even if you are a sporty person, keep in mind ebike allows you to visit many places, more than if you ride a normal bike.
3. Gozo is a astonishing island. If I come back to Malta, for sure I will reserve a larger time to Gozo. Hills, agricultural landscapes, caves, cliffs, sea, sandy and rocky beaches, Salt Pans, transparent waters, picturesque villages all togheter in a relative small island.
4. Kevin is the best guide you can expect for. He manages time, instructions, safety on traffic, good conversation, hidration, food, and locations ever with a smile.
5. Italians, forgive-me, but local ftira is a strong rival for beloved pizza, hahaha. Just follow Kevin suggestion.
I would book this wonderful experience again and again.

Terrific Way to see and experience Gozo What a fantastic day out we (my wife, 16 year old daughter and I) had in the company of our super guide Javier. We chose to complete the 5 hour tour which gave us a super flavour for Gozo. We were met off the ferry from Malta and Javier took us off the beaten track and gave us a real insight into both the history of Gozo and all its natural beauty. As it was a very hot day we also stopped for a swim in Ramala Bay to cool down - Javier had the foresight to e-mail us in advance to bring our swimming togs. Tasty lunch from a gozo bakery included where ate delicious local type pizza. All in all a fantastic day - a highlight of our week long trip to Malta and we are now expert Segway drivers!! Simply Outstanding. A very enjoyable and highly recommended experience and am looking forward to next time already.
This was my first time on a Segway but our excellent guide explained things so well and helped to reassure us. We passed along the Ta Cenc cliffs and spent just over 1 hour exploring the countryside.
Was very straightforward to learn and were well looked after by our guide. A really fun way to explore the more hidden parts of Gozo.

Salt Pans Tour Nach einer kurzen Einführung und ausprobieren des Segways ging es los in Richtung der Salt Pans. Der Guide erzählte uns viel von der Insel und den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Leider war es sehr windig an diesem Tag und an der Küste recht kalt auf dem Segway (also je nach Wetter an eine Jacke denken!). Wir vier Teilnehmer durften selber entscheiden, wenn wir einen Stopp einlegen wollten, um Fotos zu schiessen oder etwas zu trinken. An jedem Segway war ein kleines Täschchen montiert, in welches zum Beispiel die Sonnenbrille und der Fotoapparat verstaut werden konnten.
Alles in allem war es eine tolle Art, einen Teil der Insel besser kennenzulernen. Es empfiehlt sich, feste Schuhe (keine Flipflops!) zu tragen und darauf zu achten, keine langen Kleider zu tragen, die sich in den Rädern verfangen könnten.

Gozo Segway Tour 🙂 Last week my friends and I spent a weekend in Gozo. We went on a tour on segways and it was such a great experience! Our tour guide Javier was extremely patient, nice and helpful. We really had fun and we really had a great time with him. Thank you Javier and well done Gozo segway for this magnificent experience this summer. We will surely recommend it 🙂

fun and different experience Our guide ,Peter, made the tour very interesting and was very patient giving us a short lesson on the segways before we were off. Its quite a unique experience which we all thoroughly enjoyed and I will be going again soon - can't wait!

At first it took us a while to get used to how it monouvers but with the guides help we all enjoyed it.

A fantastic trip (and that’s from a Segway sceptic!) I have always been wary of doing a Segway tour because I thought that I would look (and feel) like a big turnip on one and be a bit of a nuisance to others. Also, escorted tours are not really our thing.

However, I was drawn to Gozo Segway Tours because of the ability to see a lot of sights in a relatively short timescale and the excellent reviews.

And I am so glad that I did - because the tour was brilliant from start to finish.

I booked the 3 hour Salt Pans tour between 9am and 12am. I made an enquiry on their website and everything was easily arranged within a couple of emails. I think they limit the numbers on each tour to small groups and for ours it was just my family of 4.

Javier met us at the agreed spot and made learning to ride the Segway fun and easy. We were on our way within 15 minutes.

The tour was brilliant in every way and we saw so much more than just the Salt Pans. Javier was the perfect guide throughout with excellent insights and he made sure we were looked after at all times.

I highly recommend Gozo Segway Tours & Javier. At 39 euros per person the trip felt like great value and really enhanced our appreciation of this wonderful and intriguing island.

This tour was amazing. Highlight of our trip so far. Kevin was a fantastic host, always making sure everyone was comfortable and ok. He was very accommodating with stops and took us to some of Gozo’s best kept secrets. We particularly enjoyed learning about foraging for wild plants! To top it off, Kevin was an excellent photographer!

I had quite some fun with the E-bike (first time for me to ride an E-bike but very easy to use). With the help of the host, we were able to see views that would've been easily accessed with public transportation. The host were thoughtly enough to pick me up from the ferry station and later sent me back there. Much appreciated!

Excellent Way To Travel Fantastic way to see the island. Great tour guide to make day interesting and fun. We ended up adding extra onto our trip and was out for about 5 hours 🙂 Highly recommend trying this and I must say was very easy to control once relaxed.

A great way to see Gozo We are both in our seventies and have not done much biking recently. The e bikes were easy to use and helped us get to places we could not have reached on our own.
Among other things we saw, we went along a cliff top path with sensational views, stopped at Xlendi for a something to eat and a a walk along the sea front while Dario (our guide) looked after the bikes. We had hoped to have a swim but it was a bit windy so we had an ice cream instead. We also visited a beautiful church, in Munxar I think - I could be wrong about that! All the roads were quiet and Dario made sure throughout that we were within our comfort zone physically, stopped at frequent intervals and generally looked after us brilliantly. Dario is amazingly knowledgeable about Gozo and speaks better English than us! On the morning before the ride we had time to visit the Citadel in Victoria, which is wonderful and at the end of the ride Kevin drove us back to the Fastferry to Valletta. All in all a great day. We would recommend the e bike ride as both a really enjoyable experience and a wonderful way of getting to know this beautiful island.

Gozo segway I must say that choosing gozo segway as part of our honeymoon fun was a very good idea!! Peter is a great guide and a very comfortable person to be around to as well. the price was really worth it and you get more than you payed for!! I say this deserves a high 5*

Good fun 🙂 !! We went on the cross country tour. We really enjoyed the tour and how professionally organised it is, with beverages, coffee and lunch 🙂

The tour guide, Peter, was very very nice as well. He is well informed and had some very nice words on the island and it's people, which we really enjoyed listening to 🙂

Best day of our holiday We did the day tour with Peter. It was a beautiful spring day and we spent a good 5+ hours going across country and seeing parts of the island that is only accessible if y0u are a keen walker.
The segway's are easy to get used to and if you have ever ridden a motorbike then you will find it really easy. The training is not part of the tour so it does not matter how long it takes you to get confident on the segway.The Segways are very quiet, sound like a milk float!
We stopped for drinks and pizza as part of the tour, we also took our own water.
Peter was very happy to modify the tour to what ever we wanted to do, he took lots of photos and a video that was e mailed to us within 3 days. The cost for the tour including refreshments and video was £44.00 uk pounds each and well worth it. You do not have to be fit just able to stand. A word of advice, don't take a heavy rucksack as after a while you will feel it on your back - Peter was kind enough to carry mine for the duration of the day-nothing was too much trouble.

Cooles Sightseeing Sightseeing einmal anders, braucht aber etwas Geschick und Übung, dafür wird man aber belohnt und hat Spass. Preis-Leistung stimmt.

Big thanks to the team, who really made the tour something special even though the weather was difficult! Great way to experience the island in a very personal way 🙂

Steve was great. He made sure everyone was very comfortable with every part of the tour. did a great job telling us about sights and stories. I've never been on an ebike before and this was a great first experience. another great part was Kevin picked us up from the port!

Salt Pans to Ta’ Pinu - great experience We booked the 2,5 hour Salt Pans to Ta’ Pinu-tour before arriving i Gozo, via e-mail. They responded quickly, and were very helpfyl in offering different dates and tours.
Met up with our guide Javier at the parking lot in Marsalforn where we stayed, and after a few minutes of training (we’ve previously owned a Segway, so not unfamiliar with riding one), off we went.
Javier was a great guide; knowledgeable, funny and with emphasis on security throughout the tour (left-hand driving in Malta, folks!). In other words, this is a great way of seeing the island, learning about history, culture and geography. Sunscreen and a bottle of water were included. We recommend booking the 0900 tour and not the 1500, especially if the weather’s hot. Thanks to Javier and Kevin at the office for the ride! Frank & Veronica.

Brilliant way to see out of the way areas of the island This was my first experience riding a Segway and it took no time before we were rolling. I became a confirmed Segaddict from that point onwards. Our guide, Peter, was very knowledgeable and told us many things about the island as we passed various spots. And the sights were beautiful in the evening light.

Now I'm going to seek out Segway tours wherever I go.

Fun, informative! Simo is a great guide! We toured as a family of four among a group of six total. You see pretty much all of northeast Gozo across a few hours with plenty of stops along the way. The guide, Simo, was absolutely fantastic, funny, friendly and well-informed. You receive an e-bike that’s a mountain bike as there is some mildly rough terrain to navigate, plus some traffic as you bike out of Victoria, but it’s really quite fine for all levels of biker, including novice. The sights are phenomenal and the experience overall was great. Would highly recommend (and would do again!).

Excellent tour with Peter! We did the Cross Country tour with Peter and we couldn't recommend it more! As we went in early December, it was quiet and just the two of us (a couple) - amazing!
Peter was a great guide who was friendly and knowledgable. The tour itself is excellent - we got to see parts of Gozo that we wouldn't have been able to see otherwise and a lot of it was away from the touristy sites so it was amazing! The views were spectacular!
Peter also took photos and videos for us, which was great and they turned out really well! It also meant we could enjoy ourselves without having to be on our cameras or phones.
We also got to get pizza and a traditional Gozo "pizza" from a cute place, as well as drinks.
Overall, amazing!! Thank you, Gozo Segway Tours!!
